 The specific goal of Your Choice project is defined as:

To implement a web based facility to allow employees to change compensation benefits and regulations and arrangements within the scope of Personal Benefits Statement in the Netherlands. Not all benefits and regulations and arrangements are part of this scope.

Define the functionality for an interactive web based facility which allows employees to look at and change their benefits
Develop the web based facility
Provide HR management information about the choices of the employees
Provide HR management a mechanism to control the benefits made available to be part of the choices of the employee

Description
The system mainly aims at automating sales force activities so as to get a better understanding of whether the sales team is effectively reaching all the doctors and chemists. Their daily field activity which was being reported on a hard copy has now been successfully automated through this web based software and to track. The different modules of the system are:

1.Admin Module: To authenticate the users of the system, View the reports on all India basis, Admin settings, Communication pad, Visit targets, Alignment of Zone / Region / Area/Territory, Product related info, Reporting status. Call averages, Sample tracking, Reach and frequency, Doctors info, SFEKPI, CME details, HRIS, Incentive Plan etc..

2. Field Force Module: Whenever a ZBD/ABM/TBM/PSR logged in he can view reports, call averages, enter DCR and CME etc.

3.  Support Module:  Support personnel assist the users if any queries/problem related to the application.

A claim is a receipt of notice when a loss occurs for a customer. The customer provides information in a claim form (or by phone), possibly including medical reports. A claim handling is the activity of processing a claim. Generally a claim can only be paid if the customer has in force policies covering the period the injury or sickness incurred.
